Ozarks: ocher rich stones, soot, and charred bone, & a few light-stable plants. While her subjects include wildlife and landscapes, her limited palette lends a cohesiveness to her portfolio and a distinctive voice to her body of work, regardless of the focus of the painting. From 2018 to 2023, watercolors were her medium. Near the end of 2023 she began working with these same Ozark pigments in oils.
